A couple of weeks ago, George and I went to Tai Kok Tsui to volunteer. We were helping out at a center for the homeless, handing out meals. There was this older man helping us; he was a regular volunteer who knew everyone’s name and treated every person there like an old friend. A couple of weeks ago, George and I
