You are pursued by a cannibal throughout the house. You must hide or run to survive; however, the tank control system makes running difficult.

The game features two distinct endings based on your final choice in the sewers:

Before descending into the sewers, pick up the Rusty Key from the Bathroom wall. Once in the sewers, head towards the camera and turn right. Use the key on the gated door to enter a nightmare sequence.
