Target(1993): Hard

Set in New Orleans, the story follows (Van Damme), a down-on-his-luck Cajun merchant seaman and former Marine. He is hired by Natasha Binder (Yancy Butler) to find her estranged father, a homeless veteran. They discover he was murdered as part of a sadistic "human hunt" organized by Emil Fouchon (Lance Henriksen) and his partner Pik van Cleef (Arnold Vosloo). Fouchon charges wealthy clients $500,000 to hunt homeless veterans for sport. Eventually, Chance himself becomes the "hard target" in a high-stakes game of survival. Production Highlights
