Press to switch to the "saves" tab, then press + to create a new save. Select the account you intend to use.
If the game defaults to Mandarin, go to Settings (Gear Icon) > Audio & Language (Speaker Icon) and change the language at the bottom.
Return to the Home Menu and launch the game. It should now bypass the Ubisoft login requirement.
