The film follows (Sasha Mitchell), the younger brother of Kurt and Eric Sloan from the first film, who runs a struggling kickboxing gym in Los Angeles. It is revealed that both Kurt and Eric were killed in revenge by the brutal Muay Thai champion Tong Po . David is drawn back into the ring by a corrupt promoter, Justin Maciah, which grabs the attention of Tong Po. After David announces his retirement, Po's manager Sanga has the gym burned down, forcing David to train under his brothers' former mentor, Xian Chow , to fight Tong Po in a final, lethal match.
