: I was rewatching the counseling scenes and noticed that Toby actually gets Michael to open up about his childhood and his need to be liked. It’s one of the few times Toby shows he’s actually good at his job. Plus, the Dwight B-plot where the office helps him "Pretty Woman" the shop at the mall is top-tier cringe comedy. Thoughts?
