Upon arrival, Jim is woken up early by Dwight's intense wake-up call, leading Jim to stage a fake "murder scene" in his hotel room to prank Dwight. Dwight, determined to prove his leadership to Nellie Bertram (the President of Sabre Special Projects), pushes through severe physical pain that is later revealed to be appendicitis.
