So, I made a conscious decision to let go of my need for perfection. It wasn't easy, but it was liberating. I started embracing my imperfections, and I found that it allowed me to be more authentic and present. Self-acceptance is a journey, not a destination

But then, something shifted. I had a major meltdown (yes, it was ugly) and realized that I couldn't keep going on like this. I was burnt out, anxious, and unhappy. I knew I needed to make a change.
Growing up, I was always the "good girl" who got straight A's, participated in extracurricular activities, and helped out around the house. My parents were high achievers, and I felt like I had to live up to their expectations. I was terrified of failure, and I thought that if I wasn't perfect, I wasn't good enough.
