Just hours after "SPECIAL1000_PACK9.rar" was uploaded, the original forum was hit with a massive DDoS attack and permanently shuttered. The creator, Spec_Ops_1K, deleted their account and vanished.

Those who managed to download it before the link died reported that the .rar file was password-protected. To this day, the password has never been found.
